Malluru Narasimha SwamyTemple-----

I heard of famous temple near Warangal called as Hemachalam Narasimha Swamy whose body seems to be as soft as human skin. The holy shrine of Lord Narasimha swamy located in Malluru is 275 kms from my place and 135 kms from Warangal.

Myself along with my parents started off  from Hyderabad on 7th July at 5.30 am by car.Since it is going to take 5 hrs time to reach the place,we took enough snacks  for the journey. We stopped at Aler for breakfast but there were very few hotels open at that time.

Reached Warangal city and by asking few locals about the route to be taken to the temple,we drove towards Mulugu-Iturunagaram-Malluru.Iturunagaram being a forest area, the whole route was covered with  greenery and saw few monkeys enjoying the atmosphere in their own style. The area was calm and pleasant with tall trees on either side of the road.As we travelled further, the road was becoming narrow and there were few vehicles on the road.

Finally we passed through Malluru village and the sign board of temple gave us relief that we reached our destination around 12.15pm.

Above image is Chintamani spring where the water flows beneath tree and supposed to be very pure and is supposed to heal  diseases. Therefore the devotees coming to this place intitially visit this spring and take a bath.

After visiting the chintamani spring,we quickly went to darshan and performed abhisekham. One has to buy tickets from temple authority for archana or abhisekham. The temple priest explained all of us about the importance of the holy shrine. The temple is also offering Nitya Annadanam so please don't miss it,if you reach around afternoon. The meals was pretty simple served with rice and dal but was really good.

You can also take darshan of Panchamukha Anjaneya and Venugopala swamy in the premises.

After having lunch,we drove to home feeling very contended and happy.

Thanks.
